La Cereza Farm is owned and operated by Andres Felipe Ramirez Ospina, founder of Colors of Nature. The farm has been producing Caturra and Colombia varietals for over 30 years and Andres purchased the farm in 2014 to focus on sundried, natural processing.
Andres and his wife, Kaori are dedicated to building relationships in producing regions and uses La Cereza Farm as an educational platform for farmers in the surrounding area.
With 4,200 trees on the farm, La Cereza produces an average of 4,400 kilograms of green parchment each year.
